    TEC Skill Set™ Self Leveling Underlayment Primer is an acrylic latex-based primer designed to improve the adhesion and bond strength of TEC Skill Set Self Leveling Underlayment to the subfloor.
    Ensures maximum adhesion to porous and non-porous substrates
    Easy to apply with brush, roller, or push broom
    Covers up to 100 sq. ft. per quart
    Dries to a clear finish in 1-3 hours

    Coverage:
    Concrete (primer to water ratio 1:3) 102.5 sq.ft
    Gypsum underlayments (primer to water ratio 1:3) 102.5 sq.ft
    Wood (primer to water ratio 3:1) 62.5 sq.ft
    *Two coats may be required for porous substrates
    *Second coat is required if initial application is rapidly absorbed and dries in less than an hour. For
    second coat, primer to water ratio is 1:2.
