1958-5 May Vintage Original Map NATIONAL PARKS of USA US – National Geographic
Double-side classic map in the National Geographic political style. The front side contains a map of the United States and the lower portion of Canada, on which are marked the National Parks, Monuments and Shrines The United States did not include Hawaii or Alaska, as they were not states at that time. There is a map inset of the greater Nova Scotia area. The reverse side contains detailed maps of some of the better known national parks; Rocky Mountain, Grand Canyon, Mount Rainier, Great Smoky Mountain, etc. These maps are becoming difficult to find in good condition.
Map is approximately 19” x 25”.
The National Geographic is known for it's fine maps & detailed information.
