This stunning 380SL has undergone a complete cosmetic restoration at DBM. The exterior was completely de trimmed before applying 4 coats of basecoat blue, then 6 coats of clearcoat, then the entire car was hand wet-sanded and professionally buffed to a mirror reflective finish. we retained the original exterior deep Navy-Blue color but added a bright white pin stripe under the clearcoat. The entire interior was professionally upholstered in a bright white with blue stitching, a custom sound system featuring apple car play was installed. The brakes have been completely updated with new rotors, calipers and pads, the original painted wheels were professionally stripped and polished to a mirror finish, brand new goodyear tires installed as well. This Benz turns heads and receives compliments everywhere the car is driven. There was a significant financial investment made into restoration of this vehicle.
