    This butterfly display includes 24 Amazonian butterflies mounted in a 15" x 24" frame.
    There are 2 Morphos (Morpho Didius & Morpho Deidamia), and 22 Assorted (Including: Monarch, Caligo, Papilio Thoas, Urania Leilus, Prepona, Callicore, Catonephele Numilia, and others)
    The frame includes two mounts at the top for displaying on a wall. The butterflies are preserved to avoid decomposition and retain their color. A lit room will not harm the butterflies, but you should avoid mounting it where it will get direct sunlight.
    The butterflies in these frames are raised on butterfly farms in the Amazon Jungle in Peru. These butterflies are not killed for display. After the butterflies have lived their lifespan, they are then collected and put into these frames. In doing this, the butterflies are able to fully mature and also reproduce on the butterfly farms free of natural predators. No endangered species are used in these frames.
