Ingredients

Textured soya protein (defatted
): Defatted high protein soya flavour.
·
Flavour mix sachet:
Curry powder, Salt, Sugar, Nature-identical (chicken) flavour, Corn Starch, Yeast extract, Citric Acid(330)
How to prepare

Take out the soya meat, spices packet separately.
·
Boil the soya meat very well in salted hot water for 5 minutes and then completely squeeze all the excess water out.
·
Mix the soya meat with the spice mixer included with this.
·
Cut into small pieces green chilli, onion, garlic, curry leaves and tomato.
·
Then add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil or coconut oil into a pan then add green chilli, onion.
·
After fried those things add spiced mixed soya meat.
