    Ingredients:
    Textured Soya Protein (Defatted):
    Defatted High Protein Soy Flour.
    Curry Mix Sachet:
    Curry Powder, Salt, Sugar, Corn Starch, Yeast Extract, Citric Acid (330)
    Method of Preparation:
    LANKASOY TSP Nuggets in salted hot water for 5 minutes and strain away the excess water.
    Wash with cold water and squeeze thoroughly.
    Add curry mix and let it marinate for 3 minutes.
    Heat oil (9ml) and temper ground ginger and garlic, curry leaves, onions and green chilies.
    Add marinated LANKASOY TSP Nuggets and temper for 3 minutes.
    Add 1 cup (200ml) of water.
    Add tamarind or tomatoes and simmer for 3 minutes.
