Defatted High Protein Soya Flour

Method of preparation
Soak TSP Nuggets in salted hot water for 5 minutes and strain away the excess water.
Wash with cold water and squeeze thoroughly.
Add curry mix and let it marinate for 3 minutes.
Heat oil (9 ml) and temper ground ginger and garlic, rampe, curry leaves, onion and green chilies.
Add marinated TSP Nuggets and temper for 3 minutes.
Add 1 cup (200 ml) of water.
Add tamarind or tomatoes and simmer for 3 minutes.
Storage
Store in a cool and dry place away from insects.
