This Western Enterprises deluxe latex helium balloon filler just made your party prep a little easier! This is what the professionals use to make sure balloon filling is effortless with the tilt valve for fast filling of latex balloons, easy to use hand tight connection (no tools necessary!), and vertical design with heavy-duty brass construction. The contents gauge allows you to see how much helium you have and the 38-85 PSI delivery handles all sizes of balloons. Easily filters dirt to extend the life of your regulator and also has a replaceable rubber tilt valve.
This is paired with our reliable 20 cubic foot steel helium cylinder preinstalled with a standard CGA580 valve and finished off with a rust-resistant painted finish. DOT, ISO/UN, and TC approved. Fresh hydro test within 180 days of shipment!

Returns and Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority, and we hope you enjoy your purchase. In the event you would like to return an item, the following conditions apply:
Pressure-test all CO2 cylinders immediately—don't wait to check them.
Do not remove the valve from any cylinder. We can't accept returns if the valve has been removed, even if reinstalled.
Returns are accepted within 30 days after you receive your order; please contact us before shipping any item for return.
Returned items must be in the same condition as originally received—unused, unmodified/not disassembled, and with no gas or liquids inside.
Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
A restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price may apply.
