Ingredients:
Fat Free High Protein Soya Flour.
Ingredients in the flavor mixture:
Natural Curry Powder, Salt, Sugar With Flavor mix Sachet
Method of Preparation:
Soak the soya pieces in salted water for 5 minutes and squeeze.
Mix the flavor mixture in the packet and leave for three minutes.
Heat 10 ml of oil, add crushed ginger, garlic, rampa, curry leaves, onion and chili and fry well. Add soya pieces and cook for about 3 minutes.
Then add 200 ml of water and cook on low heat for about 3 minutes.
