METHOD OF PREPARATION
Soak soya TSP Nuggets in salted hot water for 5 minutes and strain away the excess water.
Wash with cold water and squeeze TSP Nuggets thoroughly.
Heat oil (9ml) and temper ground ginger, tomatoes, rampe, curry leaves, onions, green chillies and garlic.
Add soaked TSP Nuggets and saute well.
Add flavour mix and Soya sauce.
Then Mix well and add 3/4 cup (150ml) of water.
Cook at low fire.
