Fish flavored devil prawns can be used for lunch and dinner.
Method Of Preparation.
Soak Malusoy TSP nuggets in salted
hot water for 5 minutes and strain away the excess water.
Wash with cold water and squeeze thoroughly. Dissolve flavour mix with 1 cup ( 200 ml ) of water. Heat oil (9 ml) and temper ground ginger and garlic, rampe, curry leaves, onions, green chillies and tomatoes. Add soaked malusoy TSP nuggets and saute well. Then add dissolved flavour mix and tomato sauce. Mix well and cook at low fire.
