METHOD OF PREPARATION
Soak soya TSP Nuggets in salted hot water for 5 minutes and strain away the excess water.
Wash with cold water and squeeze TSP Nuggets thoroughly.
Add chilli powder and curry powder and let it marinate 3 minutes.
Heat oil (12ml) and temper ground ginger, rampe, curry leaves, onions, green chillies and garlic.
Add marinated TSP Nuggets and temper for 3 minutes.
Add 1 cup (200ml) of water.
Add tamarind or tomatoes and simmer for 3 minutes.
