Flavour mix sachet: curry powder,salt,sugar,nature-identical (chicken) flavour, yeast extract.
Method of preparation
5 minutes of soy in boiling, salted water; discard the extra water.
Soya should be completely squeezed after a cold water wash.
Add the flavor mix (the soya packet includes a sachet of flavor mix), and then give it three minutes to sit.
Stir in rampe, curry leaves, onions, and green chilies along with 10ml of heated oil.
Add the marinated soy, then stir-fry for three minutes.
Add tamarind or tomatoes and 1 cup (200ml) water; boil for 3 minutes.
