This is a faithful reproduction in a cup of noodles of the famous restaurant "Naruryu" in Otsuka, Tokyo, which was awarded one star in the Michelin Guide Tokyo 2017. The soy sauce-based soup is made from the concentrated flavor of pork, kelp, and oysters, and has a perfect balance of umami from the sesame paste, spiciness from the raayu, and acidity from the black vinegar and apple cider vinegar. The flexible and crispy non-fried straight noodles have the texture of fresh noodles, and the ingredients include minced meat and green onions. The liquid broth with turpentine sauce added as an optional ingredient adds richness to the entire dish, giving it a more restaurant-like taste.
