Printers proofs are incredibly rare. Most of which were destroyed
prior to utilizing them in the printers process.
Unusual to find such an uncommon sheet that was never assembled. It does not flicker without the top lenticular plastic. It has a ghostlike appearance. It was also printed on the back of a discarded high grade premium paper used for an obsolete picture ad to cut cost.
