Method of preparation
Soak keells krest Tvp nuggets in salted hot water for 5 mins and squeeze away the excess water .add the flavor mix and keep it for 3 mins add required amount of chopped ginger .garlic .rampe.curry leaves .B.onion to the heated pan  with  little amount of coconut oil/0.palm oil (10ml)  and fry well then add properly mixed keells krest tvp nuggets with flavor mix and try for 3 mins add 1 cup of water 180ml and cook in a medium heat if preferred add little amount of tamarind or tomato for better test
