Ingredients
Defatted soya flour
Flavor Sachet : Chilli, Coriander, Fenugreek, Pepper, Cumin, Funnel, Curry Leaves, Nature identical sambur flavour
How to Prepare
Take out the soya meat, spices packet separately.
Boil the soya meat very well in salted hot water for 5 minutes and then completely squeeze all the excess water out.
Mix the soya meat with the spice mixer included with this.
Cut into small pieces green chilli, onion, garlic, curry leaves and tomato.
Then add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil or coconut oil into a pan then add green chilli, onion.
After fried those things add spiced mixed soya meat.
