:- Defatted textured soya protein( Defatted high protein soya flavor)
Special Mix Sachet
: Mixed spices, salt, corn starch, coconut milk powder, nature identical chicken flavor, sugar
Storage:
Store in a cool & dry place & keep away from inserts.
Method of Preparation:
Soya in salted hot water for 5 minutes & away the excess water.
Wash with cold water & squeeze soya throughly.
Add the flavor mix(flavor mix sachet in soya packet) and keep it for 3 minutes.
Heat oil (10ml) and add required amount of chopped ginger & garlic, rampe, curry leaves, onions and green chilies.
Add maintained soya and temper for 3 minutes.
Add 1 cup (180ml) of water and in medium heat.
Add tamarind or tomatoes and simmer for 3minutes.
