Here is a Thoro-matic commercial carpet cleaner / extractor.  This is a great unit.  It has a 19 inch cleaning sweep.  It has a beater bar (if needed) that can pull dirt and stuff out of your carpets.  Plus it has a pile height adjustment as well.  And a REALLY NICE feature is that the emptying valve is higher then a toilet so all you have to do is back it up to a toilet pull the valve and whoosh she empties herself without any mess or strain.  I bought it new and used it three times to prevent excessive cleaning costs at my small business (2500 sq. ft.) and then we replaced the carpet with rubberized flooring.  So this baby has lived in the storage room since then.  It is being sold as is where is no warranties expressed or implied.  I will ship the item freight collect or you can arrange the shipping, either way I will strap wrap and load for no charge.  Any questions please ask and thanks for looking
