Vintage Competition Scooter 12.5” White Mag 2 Wheels w/ White Swallow Tires.
The mags are made from some nylon or plastic material.  They are fairly nice,
I don't see any damage.  Only normal wear.   Both wheels have good axles.
Tires - 1 is pretty good, no cracking.  The other tire, not so good.  Cracking
in several places, see all pictures.  Inner tubes holding air for a couple days now.
Mags are unbranded.
