Welsh Springer Spaniel English Cocker Dog Figurine Cardiff Sitting Red White

This is a dog figurine that looks like a Welsh Springer Spaniel or perhaps a red and white English Cocker? Measures approximately 4 3/4" x 2 1/2".  In a matte finish, the dog has a red and white coat, and dark eyes. Some dark marks/lines on back and right shoulder of figurine, and slight rub on right side near elbow, and small rub on outer edge of right front ear. No chips or cracks. Bottom has green felt under tail and front paws; felt worn/torn under right front paw area. Marked/hand incised 'Cardiff Porcelain' on bottom of figurine; I have not been able to find any example of the mark online. Please see all photos. Nice addition to your collection.
