This os a good little engraver. We have two engravers, this one and a much bigger one. We upgraded to the Viper controller, and when we did we threw away the original controller computer box. Now this collects dust we’ll we use our other, bigger engraver for everything. So we recommend that you only buy this engraver if you are familiar with xenetech, and you already have a viper controller (or an older one)
Xenetech is still around, and they do offer support packages, and they have a print driver now. If you didn’t already have xenetech hardware (old or new) to run this you would want to look into buying the viper controller (it cost us about ,000 5 years ago). It would be wise to consult with xenetech before purchasing unless you are very familiar with xenetech.
