Cast aluminum frame and unique design supports over 800 pounds. Micro-adjustable telescoping handlebar, accommodates adults up to 6' 7". Wide, long platform is sized for real adult feet and provides enough room for both feet to fit side by side while cruising.
Our large, proprietary blend polyurethane wheels with cast aluminum centers provide an ultra-fast glide. Includes both a front hand brake and rear fender stomp brake which allows for quick, yet safe stopping. Engineered for superior stability and responsive steering
Patent pending QuickClick latch folding mechanism allows folding/unfolding in seconds. Compact folded configuration allows the Xootr to be easily stowed or goes with you on the bus, train, office, classroom, etc.
Limited lifetime warranty (excludes wear items). All components are replaceable. Each scooter is carefully hand assembled in Old Forge, Pennsylvania. This is a human powered scooter. It is NOT electric/battery/gas powered.
If you live in the city, take some sort of mass transit (ie. bus, subway, or train) into work, or just want to keep up with your kids around the neighborhood, our adult kick scooters just may be the perfect way for you to get around. Get around faster than walking, add some exercise and excitement to your commute, and enjoy your personal mobility.
SWEET RIDE
: In an effort many viewed as overkill, the Xootr was designed by a team that normally designs race cars. The Xootr has ultra-glide polyurethane tires running on nearly friction-less bearings. These wheels give the Xootr the lowest rolling resistance of any small-wheeled vehicle. The glide is several times better than in-line skates, skateboards, and pneumatic-tired portable scooters. The steering geometry (camber, trail, wheelbase, etc.) was optimized for quick, yet stable handling and superior stability at high rates of speed. This also makes our scooters very easy to ride. We have customers as young as 4 and as young at heart as 85.
GETS SMALL QUICK
: The Xootr easily goes from fully deployed to a compact folded configuration in seconds. The small size allows the Xootr to stow in the trunk of a car, under a desk, in a locker, or behind a door. With the new X4 patent-pending QuickClick latch, transition from riding to folded in a flash!
SIZED FOR TEENS/ADULTS
: Because of our superior wheels, you will not spend all of your time kicking. You will be able to kick and "cruise." Unlike all the other teen/adult kick scooters out there, ours is the only one meant for real teen/adult feet. The Dash deck is long enough to have both feet on the deck comfortably goofy-style (one foot in front of the other). The micro adjustable handle-bars fit teens/adults of all heights and the sturdy construction ensures a perfect ride supporting over 800 lbs.
GOES WHERE YOU GO
: The Xootr goes with you on the bus, train, office, classroom, etc. You don't need to worry about it being stolen from a bike rack or locking it up. Simply fold it up and take it with you.
STOP ON A DIME
: Equipped with both a front brake actuated with a BMX-style brake lever and rear fender stomp brake, you will feel confident when needing to make last minute maneuvers and stops. No fears about going over the handlebars after a sudden stop.
ASSEMBLED BY HAND IN THE USA
: We have been manufacturing the Xootr kick scooter in the US since 2003. Several of our customers have remarked that companies just do not make products like this anymore. Much of a Xootr push scooter is crafted of aircraft grade aluminum and then carefully assembled by hand right here in Old Forge, Pennsylvania.

normal
